Motion to authorize and Approve OHA Administration to develop position descriptions and selection process for new man- Motion passes with seven AYES, one ager positions and to recruit three new managers to replace current Hi'ilei Aloha LLC and Ho'okele Pono LLC managers. ABSTENTION and one EXCUSED.

To approve Administration's recommendations on NEW BILLS (Items 1 - 7) and BILL POSITIONS FOR RECONSIDERATION (Items 8 -11), as well as CHANGE: • Item 42, HB622 from Comment to OPPOSE; and passes w'td e'f" • Item 216, SB1495 from Support to COMMENT AYES and one N0 vote ' on the OHA Legislative Positioning Matrix dated March 6, 2019, as amended.
