'OLENA PANNA COTTA WITH HIBISCUS SYRUP
Panna Cotta ean coconut milk , - 2-3 tablespoons honey or agave syrup - 1 teaspoon agar agar powder - 1 teaspoon powdered 'olena Hibiscus Svru p -i - 3 blossoms of dried hibiscus ^Hh> eup sugar t - 1/2 eup water 1 . Plaee agar agar, sweetener, 'olena powder and coconut milk in a small pot; bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer; eook for 3 to 4 l ll minutes, whisking constantly 2. Pour the mixture into 2 to 4 small glasses and ehill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until firm 3. To make the simple syrup while you wait, combine hibiscus, sugar and water in a pot; bring to a boil, stirring constantly; eook and stir for 2 to 3 minutes, remove from heat and strain out hibiscus blossoms; let eool to room temperature 4. Just before serving panna cotta, pour about a teaspoon of hibiscus syrup onto the top and enjoy! I
