Rookie Pork Butt, anyone? The recipe for it is included in a new eookhook that features contributions from firefighters across the state. "Recipes from Hawai'i's Firehouse Kitchens" features more than 250 recipes collected from more than 100 firefighters, along with personal stories and anecdotes. Originally sold to firefighters, it's now available to the puhlie to raise money for the Hawai'i Fire Fighters Foundation, whieh supports firefighters and community projects statewide.
