I REGISTERING NATIVE HAWAIIANS I THE HAWAIIAN REGISTRY PROGRAM helped register roughly 400 Native I Hawaiians in the months of September and October 2015. The names of Native I Hawaiians who signed-up (and did not opt-out) with the Hawaiian Registry Program I were transferred to the Native Hawaiian Roll Commission. These Native Hawaiians I are eligible to vote in the election of convention delegates for Native Hawaiian I nation-building. The deadline to register was Oct. 15 and voting began Nov. 1, 2015.
