priate permitting or arranging for additional lands to make up forthe diminished value. Q2. I think that the most important thing the Legislature could do is to provide funding for the various Hawaiian organizations to actively engage with eaeh other and the whole state community on the possible options. I do not rule out any options, and I do not think that they should be ruled out at this stage.
