The state Department of Hawaiian Home Lands is holding community meetings to provide information and to get your mana'o to develop a Water Policy Plan that will guide the agency as it manages and invests in the water resources and rights of the Trust. Some questions to be considered include: What rights ean be asserted by DHHL? How should DHHL balanee development and protection of water? What are the most critical water issues in your community? Meetings were to begin Oct. 23. The remaining schedule is helow.
