Motion to approve ARM 13-05 Approval of Funds from OHA's FY 2014 Fiscal Reserve authorizations. 1. $81,140 in support of higher education scholarships; 2. $327,758 for the Nā Pua No'eau program; and 3. $150,000 for the 2014 World lndigenous Peoples' Conference on Education (WIPCE).
