The Draft Supplemental Environmental lmpact Statement/Section 4(f) Evaluation forthe Honolulu RailTransit Project Released The Honolulu Rail Transit Project is a 20-mile elevated rail line that will connect West O'ahu with downtown Honolulu and Ala Moana Center. The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation and the U.S. Federal Transit Administration has prepared a Draft Supplemental Environmental lmpact Statement (EIS)/Section 4(f) Evaluation for the Honolulu Rail Transit Project as required by a U.S. District Court Judgment. The document is limited to Section 4(f) evaluations of the Beretania Street Tunnel Alternative and Mother Waldron Neighborhood Park.
