To provide employment and placement services, along with one-on-one case management services for public housing and low-ineome communities including Waimānalo and Papakōlea. To provide comprehensive employment and career pathway services to Native Hawaiians in Hawai'i County. To provide a culturally relevant and academically rigorous opportunities through high school diploma and employment services programs for Native Hawaiians on East Hawai'i. To provide opportunities for unemployed, underemployed and displaced Native Hawaiians to obtain jobs on Kaua'i in the fields of agriculture, energy and health.
