PŪLEHU NUI Cultural Surveys Hawai'i, Ine. (CSH) is conducting a Cultural Impact Assessment (CIA) for the proposed Maui Regional Puhlie Safety Complex (MRPSC), a 40.3-acre parcel of land located in Pūlehu Nui Ahupua'a, Wailuku District, Maui Island [TMK's: (2) 3-8-008:001 portion and 037 portion]. The proposed project site is located on the grounds of the former Naval Air Station Pu'unēnē and old Maui Airport within Maui's central isthmus. As a part of our consultation effort, CSH requests the kōkua of individuals, lineal and cultural descendants who may know the history and/or cultural and tradi-

tional practices and resources of this area.
