The Offlce of Hawaiian Affairs Hawaiian Registry Program seeks to identify Native Hawaiians, verify indigenous Hawaiian ancestry and provide individuals an identiflcation card. This personal I.D. card will enable you to apply to programs of the Offlce of Hawaiian Affairs and ean be helpful when applying for other programs and scholarships for Hawaiians in Hawai'i and abroad.

Visit OHA's Honolulu offlce at 7 1 1 Kapi'olani Blvd., 5th floor, Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9-11 a.m. and 2-3 p.m. for registration and ID picture taking. Bring documents that verify your indigenous Hawaiian ancestry through your biological parentage. This OHA Hawaiian Registry Program is non-political anā separate from the ongoing Kau Inoa registration to huilā a Hawaiian governing entity.
