EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR PACIFIC ISLANDERS IN COMMUNICATIONS Established in 1991 as a national media arts organization based in Honolulu, Paci(ic Islanders in Communications (piccom.org) funds and distributes film, video, and new media on Pacific Island history, culture, and contemporary challenges to the broadest possible audience, and supports media talent through scholarships, h'aining, and professional development. The successful Executive Director candidate will possess demonshated skill in leading a nahonal media program; solid experience in resource development including fundraising, shategic planning and board relations; sound fiscal management skills; successful experience in building strategic alliances and working collaboratively with funders, stakeholders & Pacific Islander communities; and shong leadership skills. Excellent eommunieahon skills required with a minimum of 5 years of senior management experience preferably with a not-for-profit organization; Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications or Business Administration preferred.
