significant part of the bill exempts the U, S, military from an EĪS, ī regard the bill as a document of terroristic threatening to all residents and visitors, Hawai'i is called a "paradise" — the Hawaiian archipelago is blessed with an environment like no other, The people are the environmentl The U, S, claims to be protecting Hawai'i, but it is Hawai'i that is protecting the continental United States (CONUS). Hopefully the people in CONUS will believe that they, the people, are the environment, too, Pray that they are still a "government of the people," Our nation must acknowledge Hawai'i and its people, She must not only remember Pearl Harbor, she must learn about what happened to the island of Kaho'olawe whieh was destroyed by U,S, military training, The people of Hawai'i do not need more desecration and disaster, Abraham K.
