Burial Notices

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that human skeletal remains were discovered in TMK 8-5-11:20-, 21,26, Lehanonui, Wai'anae, O'ahu. In the vicinity was Land Commission Award elaim 3072 to Kaialiilii for Namuliwai. Parties named Kamokuwaiole and Keonikapu are also believed to have resided in the immediate vicinity. Persons having any knowledge of these human skeletal remains are asked to contact Kalā'au Wahilani of the Department of Land and Natural Resources, State Historic Preservation Division, 33 A. King St., Ste. 155, Honolulu, Hawai'i 96813, or eall 587-0010. Treatment of the human remains shall occur in accordance with Section 6E48.6, HRS. Individuals responding must be able to adequately demonstrate family connection to the human remains or individuals onee buried in the he TMK 8-5-11:20, 21, 26. Responses must be received within 30 days following publication. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City and County of Honolulu will begin work to repair and upgrade the existing wastewater treatment facility for Kualoa Regional Park, TMK 4-9-04: 1 . The state is seeking additional descendants of the Kualoa area who may not yet have been recognized by the O'ahu island Burial CounciI. Individuals responding must be able to adequately demonstrate family eonneeūon to any human remains buried in this area.
