QUEST enrollment

For the first time since its 1994 inception, the enrollment eap on the QUEST medical program is being lifted, until program beneficiaries reach 125,000. Persons whose applications were denied due to the enrollment eap and who meet certain criteria should contact the Med-QUEST Division Eligibility Office no later than March 15. Applicants must be Hawai'i residents; must provide a Social Security number; Must be a U.S. citizen or qualified alien; have assets less than the limit of $2000 for one, $3,000 for two and $250 for eaeh additional household member; and have a monthly ineōme not exceeding 100 percent of the federal poverty level: $800 one person; $1,078, two persons; $1,356, three persons; $1,635, four persons; and up.
