to a last will and testament is an honor that a normal person would not turn down, and all the more so for the estate of our late Princess Bemice Pauahi Bishop. For more than a century, Hawai'i Supreme Court justices have adhered to that honor. Why the refusal now? Four of the five justices have brought distrust to that office: Nakayama, Moon, Levinson and Ramil. I don't buy their flimsy excuses. These four justices must be forced to resign. What has transpired is an insult to the will of Princess Bemice Pauahi Bishop. I am outraged! This Bishop Estate controversy leads me to believe that the , allegations boil down to one \ word, and that word is jealousy. Jealousy because the trastees make too mueh money. Jealousy because they are Hawaiian. Jealousy of benefits Hawaiian children receive. Jealousy because the estate is exempt from paying taxes. Jealousy of the extreme weahh See LETTERS, on page 4
