If you are of Hawaiian ancestry, you carry a proud heritage that ean be traced • back many generations. * You also carry the power to affect the future of your fellow

Hawaiian for many generations. Operation 'Ohana is a program to register all people of Hawaiian ancestry wherever they reside. When you enroll and plaee your birth certificate on file, you receive a card that identifies you as Hawaiian and entitles you to dis-

counts and benefits from participating merchants. Operation 'Ohana staff collect basic information about you and your family whieh is put into a computerized database. Not only a census of Hawaiians worldwide, Operation 'Ohana will provide a means of identification as a Hawaiian that will ultimately help you receive benefits and entitlements due to native Hawaiians. By enrolling as a card-carrying Hawaiian, you join the movement toward greater unity and pride in your heritage. You become part of the unified voice that will enable Hawaiian issues to be heard in Honolulu and Washington D.C.
