The Hawaiian Sovereignty Elections Council is conducting a fair, open and democratic process whieh allows all Hawaiians to have a say on the issue of sovereignty. The state's fiscal crisis has delayed the process. With your kokua, HSEC is committed to completing what we started with our Hawaiian people throughout the islands. Funds will be needed to match monies already committed by the legislature and Office of Hawaiian Affairs. We will be meeting with our ohana and communities to organize ways to raise needed funds.
