" 17=1 • If OHA voters are automatica]]y registered, how ean I ensure that I will get an HSEC plebiscite ballot? • OHA voters who vōted in the November 1994 OHA - General Eleeūon will receive a confirmation card over the summer to verify their signature, ancestry, mailing address and their interest in receiving a plebiscite ballot in November 1995. Ifthe recipient chooses not to participate in the plebiscite, they may eheek the appropriate box on the card. If an eligible voter did not vote in the 1994 OHA General Eleeūon and would like to participate in the plebiscite, the individual will need to register by fdling out the HSEC Affidavit and Applieaūon for Voter Registration. Forms are available from the HSEC office.
