Asthma programs set

The family asthma program, Kokua Na Keiki, has scheduleci a series of sessions for children ages 5 to 14 and their parents to leam what asthma is and how to manage it. The sessions are sponsored by the Amenean Lung Association of Hawai'i. More int'ormation is available by contacting Merlene at 537-S966. In Kailua, parents' sessions are June 15, 17, 19, from 7-9 p.m. at Kailua Reaeational Center. Chiidren's sessions are June 22, 24, 26, 29, and July 1, 6, 8 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Kailua Intermediate School and swimming sessions 10:30-11:30 a.m. at Kailua Recreation Center. In Waipahu, parents' sessions are July 2, 13, 20, from 7-9 p.m. at Waipahu Recreational Center. Children's sessions are July 7, 9, 14, 16. 21, 23, 28. 30 from 9-10 a.m.at the Church of Latter Day Saints ana swimming. 1011 a.m., at Waipahu Recreationai Center, At Pearl Harbor, parenīs sessions are Aug. 3, 5. 7 from 7-9 p.m. at Makalapa Naval Medica!
