Hui Imi report now At Hawaiian agencies
People who participated in the 1990 eommunity meetings of the Hui Imi Task Force on Hawaiian Services may piek up free summary copies of the task force's report to the 1991 Legislature at Hawaiian agencies and organizations statewide. The information gathered in meetings with Hawaiian individuals, families, service groups and communities has been used to prepare this report and recommendations for improved services to Hawaiians. Various organizations will be using the task force's findings to plan their services.
I he reports are available at loeal ottices of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, Alu Like, ine., Queen Lili'uokalani Children's Centers, and Kamehameha SchooIs/Bishop Estate. On Lana'i copies will be at the Department of Health Fublic Health Nursing office. The Hui Imi Task Force members wish to thank all the users and providers of services who participated in the meetings since last summer.
