Alu Like offers $10.000 araduate fellowshiD

The Native Hawaiian fellowship program in library and information studies is accepting applieations through Feb. 15 for study towards the Master of Library and Information Studies degree. The program requires full-time enrollment; a Bachelors degree; and a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.0 (B average). Individuals who are specifically interested in computer applications in information gathering,

processing and dissemination are urged to inquire about opportunities. The program of study includes preparation for school, academic and public librarianship. The fellowship award is for $10,000 and begins in the fall term, 1990. The grant is sponsored by the Native Hawaiian Library Project of Alu Like, a federally funded program. Deadline for application for the fe!lowship award is Feb. 15.
