A free quit smoking kit containing helpful hints for quitting is available from the Cancer Information Service (CIS) by calling 524-1234 during weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Trained counselors are on duty during these hours to also offer free quit smoking counseling service and to answer questions about how to quit and stay smokefree. Neighbor island residents may eall collect.
