Annelle C. Amaral, administrative assistant with the Office of Hawaiian Affairs, was recently elected president of the Alii Pauahi Hawaiian Civic Club. She succeeds Betty Dower who serves on the board of directors with two other OHA staff members — Jalna Keala, Government Affairs Officer, and Betty Kawohiokalani Jenkins, kupuna community coordinator. Other officers are Harriet 0'Sullivan, vice president; Puaala McElhaney, secretary; and Frank Dower, treasurer.
