PREPARATION MADE FOR RECEPPTION OF THE GERMAN PRINCE
\ WASHINGTON. Jan. U.—Cable advices received at the German Era bassy here indicate that Pnince Hen- j ry of Germany will arrive off New York February 18tn. While Dr, Von Holleben. the German Embassador, has not been yet advised fully as to the details of Prince Henry's visit to this country, it is the opinion of the embassy officials that the stay cf the royal visitor ! ! n the United Stat-s will not extend over a fortnight. The voyage of the imperial yacht Hohenzollern will be so timed that the vessel will arrive off New York in season to join the steamer which will bring P:i'.nce Henry, so that he may b ard the yacht and then proceed on, to be met by the reception fleet of naval vessels and steamers, which will escort the Hchenzollern 1 into New York harbor.
