A special meeting of the Hawaiian Sugar Company was held at the office of H. Hackfeld & Company yesterday morning at which time a discussion regarding a bond Issue was taken up. A bond to the amount of $1,000,000 wa> authorized, although only stoo.OOii will be issued at the present time.
