Dr. Herb rt. who is attending Dr. Walters who was thrown from his horse on B-retania street on Friday night, sustaining concussion of thbrain. reports that his patient is a little better, being able now to retain his food. He is conscious and shows some improvement, but it cannot yet be said that he is out of danger. He is attended by trained nurses. Mrs. Waiters is bearing up well and last night got a little sleep. Dr. Walters has not been spok n to on the sub-' ject cf the accident as his condition will be extremely critical for another 36 hours.
