Three hundred stevedores have signed the roll of the new Longshoremen's union. , The bark Himalaya arrived at Kaanapali on the 11th inst. 63 days from Newcastle. The five masted schooner Inca. Captain Rasmussen. 55 days from Newcastle, arrived h“re yesterday morning. The freighter Arab, which is expected to leave San Francisco January 15th. en route to the Orient, mav put into Honolulu for coal. The steamer W. G. Hall arrived from Kona and Maui ports yesterday morning, after a pleasant round trip.’ She brought many passengers and a large cargo of general freight, besides 2.943 sacks of sugar. Articles of incorporation of the Hawaii Yacht Club. Ltd., were filed yesterday afternoon. The incorporators are T. W. Hobron. K A MottSmith G. L. Weaver. Albert Waterhouse and several other well known yachtsmen. Purser Clark of th-> Waiaieale. which arrived yesterday from Koloa. reports fine weather on the Garden Isle. He reports 45.186 bags of sugar ready for shipment, of which Me Bryde has 17.924. Makaweli 11,500 and M S. Co. 9012 bags. The schooner Louise for Honolulu and the bark St. Katharine for Hilo sailed from San Francisco. January
