The Advertiser is becoming more «nd more objectionable to the members of tbe bar and to the judges. This raorniog two attorneys got on their feet in the District Court and raised objections agaiust the ione of the Advertiser. Mr. Chas. Creigbton eh imed tbat the report in the official organ in re Tong Lee was injurious to his client and Mr. P«ul Neumann complained of the report of the White — assanlt and battery case. Judge Robevtson took both objections under advisement and it is to be hoped that the injudicious comments of the governmeut organs will finally be shut up.
