Mixed Drinks.

Break the yolk of one egg in the bottom of a mixing-glass. add the juice of half an orange, a spoonful of pineapple syrnp. a bar-spoonful of fine sugar, add one third of the glass of fino iee, one pony of old brandy, one-half ponv of benedictine, one half ponv of Maraschino, one dash of creme des roses, one dash of creme de eaeao. Fill tho glass with cream. Shake for two minutes under cover. Straiu into a tall !ancy glass, filling it. Beat the white of an egg into snow and plaee that ou top of the drink. Squeeze the oil of a bit of orauge skiu on top and doubt no more.
