The Board of Inspectors of Election for the 2d Precinct, 2d District, Honolulu, will meet for Registering Voters and correcting the Register, at the Polling Place for said Precinct (Hon. W.H. Rice’s Barn, School street), on FRIDAY, Jan 17 th , from 7 to 9 p.m. on SATURDAY Jan. 18 th , from 3 to 6 p.m.; at Engine Co. No. 4 on MONDAY and TUESDAY, Jan. 20 th and 21 st , from 7 to 9 each evening.
Meetings will be held at above places on same days of the weeks and at same hours until further notice.
Voters will please bring their Tax Receipts with them

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, according to the Constitution, By-Laws and a Resolution passed by the HUI LAND OF WAIMEA, (owners of the Ahupuaa of Waimea) Waialua, Island of Oahu, that its Constitution and By-laws should take effect on the FIRST DAY OF JANUARY A.D. 1890.
All persons are hereby requested that have no interests in the HUI LAND OF WAIMEA to take their animals now running on said land—from the said land within thirty days from the date hereof. And all animals that are trespassing on said Ahupuaa of Waimea after thirty days notice, it will be understood that they are stray animals, and each animal will be charged a the rate of $1 per head, or else be impounded. And all animals running on said land, not branded, are the Hui‚Äôs own property.
